TheRightDesigner was founded in Barcelona in 2019 by a product designer and a front-end developer who shared a frustration: too many design agencies prioritise aesthetics over outcomes. A beautiful website that does not convert is a beautiful failure.
Our team of seven operates from the Eixample district: two UI/UX designers, one brand designer, one motion designer, two front-end developers, and one project manager. We work in Figma, build in clean code, and measure everything against conversion data.
